4. Salary Slip for last 3 months (Latest)
5. Bank Statement for last 6 months (Salary Account).6.
6 months Loan Repayment track (If there is any loan).
7. Form – 16 & Saral (latest one Year).
8. Appointment Letter and Relieving letter (If your employment is less than one year in the current organization).
9. CTC with break up (latest Salary Hike Letter if any).
10. Processing Fees 11,030/- Cheque in the name of “HDFC LTD” (Salary Account).
11 .above said docs of co applicant also required if working,if not photo,ID and address proof is required
12 .cost breakup letter from builder .
